Someone posted a request to a Distributed Proofreaders thread asking for someone to do Maurice Leblanc's The Golden Triangle. Leblanc writes the kind of breezy adventure novels I like to load on my e-book reader to read on trips, and which are really fun to work on for PG, so I promptly volunteered, bought a copy, browsed through other pre-1923 Maurice Leblanc for sale online, and bought six more Leblanc novels that aren't in PG (including two science fiction books).
It is so easy to find worthwhile books to scan, and so hard to find the time to catch up1. But what else can you do when you find an important author has been neglected?
